The Woodcock Valley Sportsmen's Club offers shooting and hunting experiences for all ages! Nestled in the heart of the Woodcock Valley at the base of Tussey Mountain, the club offers thirteen acres of relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere for sportsmen. The club offers shotgun and rifle ranges, competitive shotgun matches, and organized hunts for raccoon, rabbits, and predators. The Woodcock Valley Sportsmen's Club is affiliated with the Blue Knob Coon Hunters.
The second annual predator hunt was held February 1-3, 2013. 107 hunters entered, and 12 bagged a total of 28 red and grey foxes. The winners were:
Since no coyotes were harvested, the club increased the prize money for all places and gave away three extra places in each of the fox categories. The total prize awards were $1,510.00.

The annual member's banquet will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013. All members are welcome, and are asked to bring a dish or two for the potluck dinner. Guests are welcome to but, are asked to pay $5 each.
2012 Shotgun Matches
We concluded the 2012 shotgun matches on November 23 with over 60 shooters at our last match of the season. 4 lucky shooters walked away with boxes of beef. We also gave away cash prizes to shooters who attended 6 or more matches. The winners were:
The first annual Groundhog Hunt was held on Saturday, June 9, 2012. Winner's were:So
The first annual Coyote and Fox Hunt was held February 3-5, 2012. There were 61 registered hunters. No coyotes were harvested, but hunters bagged thirteen foxes. The foxes ranged from 8 to 14 lb. Since no coyotes were weighed in, the fox payouts were increased and two prize places were added. All of the winning foxes were gray. The winners were:
The annual membership banquet was held on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the club. Members in attendance and their guests enjoyed a wonderful potluck meal, member's meeting, raffle, and fun fellowship. New officers and directors include: Rick Isett, Raymond Morningstar, Deb Riley, Donald Enyeart, Paul Fisher, William Brumbaugh, Steve Ayers, Brian Riley, and Adam Russell. Members decided to host their first-ever, but hopefully annual, Predator's Hunt in February 2012. The winner of the big buck contest was member Bill Becker.
